Presentation ~ Common Property Related Disputes and Effective Solutions for Landlords

Description:A presentation by Joanne Spittle & Emma Major of Denison Till Solicitors, York.
Denison Till are Corporate Members of York RLA. Joanne is Head of Dispute Resolution and specialises in property related litigation and Emma is Head of the Debt Recovery Unit.
This presentation aims to give an overview of the common problems faced by landlords and how best to takle these problems. Topics covered will include:
- tenants that stop paying rent
- tenants who fail to leave when they should do
- tenants who don't comply with all clauses within a tenancy agreement eg. Smoke or have pets
- tenants who cause damage
- tenants who do not live in a 'tenant-like' manner
Denison Till Solicitors are also hosting a half day seminar on 18th February at the National Railway Museum. York RLA Members wishing to expand their knowlege or those unable to attend their 'overview' presentation on 10th February, are welcome to attend.
