The Tenancy Deposit Scheme becomes law on 6th April 2007. This new legislation will affect all landlords who take a deposit/bond from their tenants. Failure of landlords to comly with this new legislation will be a criminal offence. Come along and hear about the three options you will have after 6th April 2007:
Option 1 ~ Do not take a bond/deposit from tenants
Option 2 ~ Take a bond/deposit from tenants and pay for one of two government 'approved' insurance policies in favour of your tenants. ie.

Option 3 ~ Take a bond/deposit from tenants and pass this money over to the government 'approved' custodian. ie.
