York Landlord Fair

Description:The National Landlords Association, City of York Council and York RLA are hosting this half day Landlord fair to inform and educate landlords across the York area. Attendance is open to ALL landlords who operate in and around York. We will have a stand promoting membership of York RLA.
There will be two sessions on 9th March, identical to those held on 23rd February 2010. You only need to attend one session on one of the two day options.
First Session ~ 2pm until 5pm
Second Session ~ 6pm until 9pm
There will be a number of Trade Stands (including York RLA) along with free tea, coffee and biscuits.
In addition, there will be a number of free workshops as follows:
- Safety Checks for Tenanted Properties
- Landlord Tax Issues
- Landlord Development
- Local Housing allowance and overview of Housing Benefits
