The legislation brought forward has changed from that suggested in the original announcement (18th March 2020).

As part of their ongoing response to Coronavirus COVID19, the Government has now published the Coronavirus Bill 2020.

The legislation brought forward has changed from that suggested in the original announcement (18th March 2020). Rather than prohibiting possession entirely, the Government has chosen to extend notice periods instead.
