York RLA are looking to support local health care workers at this difficult time by helping to provide PPE.
We will be supporting York Scrubs who are appealing for donations towards purchasing fabrics to make scrubs for the front line.
York Scrubs is a team of 200 local volunteers who are supporting NHS staff and other key workers in York and North Yorkshire by making hundreds of pieces of PPE.
Rebecca Brown a GP for Rawcliffe Medical Surgery is working with dressmakers Thimbelina, Yorkshire School of Sewing and Bugweed's Fabric and Crafts and are collectively known as York Scrubs.
