- Full compliance packs – Gas, EICR, PAT, Legionella, FRA, Fire detection works, Management Plans and Fire evacuation plans, including our list of expert contractors for FREE.
- If any remedial work is required, we can tell you who to use and what the going rate is, again at no charge and with no obligation
- HMO Licence application advice and completion (if you are interested in our guaranteed rent offering, we can organise this process and pay the cost of over £1,000 for the paperwork alone)
