No Hidden Costs When G.E.M quote a price, that is the price you pay. Any additional charges that may occur will be discussed with the customer before the work is carried out. Occasionally some jobs don't run as smoothly as others due to unforeseen building works. These jobs can require more time and materials than first estimated. G.E.M understands this is not the customers fault and keeps this in mind when it comes to additional charges. Again this will be discussed with the customer before work continues.
