Symple is a FREE online click-and-forget property compliance service. We send a reminder 30 days before the expiry of any certificate for any property registered on our platform. Customers can then order the service at a click of a button, and get the certificate is into their inbox within 48 hours of the inspection. The landlord doesn’t need to do anything other than order - we assign a local service provider, coordinate with the keyholder, carry out the inspection, deal with any irregularity (no-show, missing tenant, inaccessibility, etc.), pay the service provider, and eventually send the certificate, which is also available to the landlord on our platform. The landlord can follow the process on our friendly dashboard if they so wish.
